In the lives of puppets
von TJ Klune
„In an old and lonely forest, far away from almost everything, sat a curious dwelling. At the base of a grove of massive trees was a small, square building made of brick, overtaken by ivy and moss. Who it belonged to was anyone’s guess, but from the looks of it, it had been abandoned long ago. It wasn’t until a man named Giovanni Lawson (who wasn’t actually a man at all) came across it while making his way through the forest that it was remembered with any purpose.“
Many years after Giovanni Lawson found this lost and hidden place in the forest and transformed it into a home, a rather peculiar group of creatures has moved in, accompanying him. — Giovanni Lawson, Victor, vacuum robot Rambo and medical nurse android Nurse Ratched might seem to form a most heterogeneous kind of group, and yet, they are family. As different their characters may be, they stick together when their tranquil lives change all of a sudden and everything is about to fall apart. And each of them, the bravest and the most cowardly will find their personal strengths and play their part.
I absolutely loved this book!
And I would also recommend „The House at the Cerulean Sea” by T. J. Klune.
